My Thursday Adventure

         Waking up way to early because the construction crew putting in the new sidewalks were "quietly" pounding on rebar outside my window at 5am.....

 

                               Shower and slam half a pot of coffee and Sedona bound by 6:30. 

 

Going all the way to Flagstaff...because I could.

               Finding Sunflowers ! 

   
                      

                        Spent the day being so grateful to not be in the heat....asked myself at least a dozen times "why do I live in Phoenix"?  

Enjoying the awesome views.....

And of course the red rocks of Sedona...I couldn't go to Sedona and not go to Sedona. 

 

Finding a deck of Tarot cards that I have been looking for everywhere was a definate highlight of the day. 

                  On the way home I took a road that I have always wondered about, just to see where it went....finding out it goes to the middle of nowhere and then getting caught in a crazy rain storm = adventurous !! 

Getting this cool shot of a windmill = worth it ! 

  
 
Getting home just as the massive dust storm was taking over the valley and not having to drive in it was a definate high point. 

 

 I hope that everyone had an equally adventurous Thursday !
